In 2019, he moved his practice to the Northwell Health hospital in Great Neck, New York where allegations of sexual abuse continued.

A former patient of Paduch's at New York–Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical center, says he was 18 when the urologist first sexually abused him. He allegedly reported the abuse to the hospital in 2020 but never received a response.
Northwell Health, the hospital where Paduch worked from 2019 on, is also under fire for failing to protect their patients after receiving a number of reports of inappropriate behavior.
Not every out-of-the-ordinary or uncomfortable interaction with a doctor rises to the level of sexual abuse. Certain examinations, for instance, can by nature be uncomfortable but are deemed to be medically necessary. Still, you shouldn’t ignore your gut instincts if something doesn’t seem right or starts to cross a line.
